our tutoring services online. However, IELTS Prep Global will not be held liable for any
unintentional errors or omissions that may be found as we have no right to the practice
materials whatsoever. Learners and Test Takers must take full responsibility to participate
and attend the respective learning sessions they have registered with us. If in case things
do not go as planned or if you are unwell and cannot concentrate, you can reschedule
the session but refunds cannot be provided. IELTS Prep Global has a “no refund policy”
for the learning provided online via ‘Group Sessions, 1:1 Preparatory Classes, or Assessment Zone’.
