Classes can be registered through our website subject to the availability of the
Instructors. The Website reserves the right to refuse any order. Payments are accepted
through Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. The Website may change the accepted payment

Prices for our ‘Group Sessions, 1:1 Preparatory Classes, and Assessment Zone’ will
be stated on our website at the time of purchase. The Website reserves the right to
change the prices of its products and services at any time without notice.

Refunds

IELTS Prep Global has a “No Refund Policy” for the learning provided online, which
includes ‘Group Sessions, 1:1 Preparatory Classes, or Assessment Zone’. If in case
things do not go as planned or if you are unwell and cannot concentrate, you can email
the instructor to request for a reschedule of class. All payments are final and no refunds
shall be provided.
